As a New Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for successfully driving Wordsmith International's expansion efforts from strategy to implementation. You will build on the results we have seen to date and work cross-functionally and with other strategic planning team members to ensure our continued success.
Daily activities include developing market entry strategies, participating in client development activity, managing a variety of marketing programs, and analyzing the ROI of these efforts. You will also have direct P&L responsibility for these expansion efforts, which will require you to monitor, manage and accelerate our revenue ramp.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead development and implementation of market entry strategies;
- Participate in client development activities;
- Develop and manage online and offline marketing programs;
- Identify and implement activities and process improvements to speed and grow expansion efforts;
- Identify and approach business development prospects to support expansion efforts;
- Analyze effectiveness of expansion efforts;
- Work with other departments to support development, project management, and execution.
